When i load up Windows XP which runs fine, i plug in my usb pen but nothing happens, Ubuntu recognises it and displays the contents but the VirtualBox dosent and neither (obviosly) does XP. I have tried unmounting it from ubuntu then starting VB but that dosent work. The devices are listed in virtualbox but are greyed out and cant be selected, why is this?<BR/><BR/>Any help?
